Toni Nadal is a Spanish tennis coach from Manacor on Mallorca and has been the director of the Rafa Nadal Academy since training Rafael Nadal, to whom he was trainer and mentor over a period of 27 years, to become one of the most successful tennis players in the world.

Since then, he has also been working as a speaker for companies, sporting teams/coaches and universities alongside is work at the Academy. In his lectures, Toni Nadal talks about dealing with adversity, general attitude, modesty, inner resourcefulness, respect, compromise, self-improvement, dealing with failure and not glamourising success.
Toni has always seen himself as more of a mentor than a tennis coach because he believes that a strong character must be forged in order to overcome difficulties.
